Manchester United was once arguably the one the best teams in the world. At one point, they dominated the English football scene, but their performance in their last few seasons under head coach Jose Mourinho has paled in comparison to their glory days.
Both Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba have been on the top of tipster’s lists to get sacked in the foreseeable future. But who will be the first to go?
It seems as though Mourinho is having another one of his third season meltdowns. Everything ostensibly goes downhill for the Portuguese head coach dung his third campaign. Throughout his managerial career, the 55-year-old has never completed four seasons in charge of a club. The coincidence is uncanny, he has now entered the third phase of his career with Manchester United, and the club has had the worst Premier League openings in 29 years. As a result of this, Mourinho is currently leading the managerial sack race. Some bookmakers firmly believe that he will be out before Christmas. His dismissal seemed imminent until their dramatic 3 -2 triumph against Newcastle. After their loss against West Ham, the board was planning on sacking him, regardless of the outcome of the Newcastle match, but the surprising post-halftime comeback may have saved his career for now, but with Zinedine Zidane rumored to be replacing him, his future at Old Trafford remains on the line.
Paul Pogba has often been criticized for being more of a commercial based decision to increase the club’s brand value, one area in which they are doing exceedingly well, rather than a tactical one. The French midfielder’s relationship with Mourinho hasn’t been the best, and since their ongoing feud, he has been linked with an exit from Manchester United and a move to Barcelona or Juventus. But now, several sources have cropped up, saying that Pogba is likely to remain at Old Trafford, at least to the end of the season. His agent, Mino Raiola, has made it clear that he is now for sale as of now.
Despite the French International’s overall subpar performance in the league so far, he did play a big role in United’s triumph over Newcastle. Many fans believe that he deserves more credit for the win than his manager. It is more likely that Mourinho will part ways with Manchester United before Pogba does.

Compulsive gambling is not easily detected. The person with a gambling problem will often go to great lengths to cover up the problem and will appear to look all right, regardless of the consequences of their gambling.
